At Elf Bar Dubai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return:

1. Contact us: Send an email to order@elfbardubai.ae with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for our response: We will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the product. If we approve your return request, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Package the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the product: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue you a full refund or exchange, as requested. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
